Water with a Purpose

Launching Kai: Mental Wellness Support for 100,000 Students

At 2 Walk on Water, we believe healing starts with something as simple—and sacred—as water. It refreshes, renews, and reminds us we’re still alive. But in today’s mental health crisis, water alone isn’t enough. That’s why we’re adding purpose to every drop. We’re proud to announce the launch of Kai—a free, text-based peer support companion designed specifically for high school and college students navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and identity challenges. Our goal is bold and urgent:

Provide 100,000 students with free access to Kai by the start of the next school year.

What Is Kai?

Kai is more than a chatbot or mental health app. It’s a trauma-informed, peer-led wellness companion that meets students right where they are—with daily encouragement, anonymous check-ins, and access to weekly peer support groups.Kai offers students:

A safe space to share what they’re really feelingAccess to coping tools and daily wellness tipsA connection to others walking through similar strugglesHope. Every single day.

And the best part? Kai lives on every water bottle we distribute.

Scan. Connect. Heal.

Every 2 Walk on Water bottle features a QR code that instantly connects students to Kai—no app download, no pressure, just support when they need it most.Whether handed out at a football game, placed in a dorm welcome kit, or shared during finals week, these bottles do more than hydrate—they offer a lifeline.
